superb seafront stay!
sea view parking instructions spacious room
the location was excellent. my beautiful double room sea view had a fantastic view of the water, i really enjoyed that! the hotel provided clear parking instructions, and i easily found a spot nearby. plus, the room was spacious and well equipped.

the location proved ideal for accessing local attractions. i found the staff friendly and consistently available. the room provided adequate space for my needs , and the included amenities added convenience. i had quick access to nearby pubs , restaurants , and shops.
the sink faucet dripped slightly , but i found it manageable.

Amazing seafront stay!
perfect location parking information
i found the location to be fantastic it was right on the sea front. it was near many restaurants and bars. I appreciated the text from the owners who asked my check in time and provided information on the best place to park. The room was a good size and very clean for a family with kids.
the noise from the main road made it a bit difficult to sleep, so i think some soundproofing could really improve the experience.

cramped bathroom unattended reception
The room felt smaller than advertised. the bathroom was cramped, and i struggled to move around in there (i am not a big person). also, i found the lack of readily available staff frustrating. The reception was often unattended.

Positive Experience at the Seaside
sea view coffee facilities spacious room
The room included nice sea views from the family room. It was near the beach and the pier. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. The room was spacious and bedding plus towels felt fresh.
I got a leaflet upon arrival. It stated the kitchen was closed, so breakfast wasn't available. I didn't see this until after I paid. This was annoying because I booked with breakfast included.
